Øsc Vom Klangleiser or ØVK aka Riccardo Ruggeri , was born in 1991 in Messina in Sicily.
From an early age he has been fascinated by suburban electronic music and the world of the club that includes it, following internationally renowned artists and, thus acquiring the passion for missing, he is joined by the organizational crews of the city collaborating artistically until today performing in the trendy clubs of the island.
